We have had an exciting week with visits from grandparents and the Cherry Blossom Festival.
First Grandma Becca came. With her, we took a bike ride/walk to the Cherry Blossom Festival at the park to ride the rides and eat festival food for dinner.
The next morning (Saturday) we went to the pink pancake breakfast that was put on by firefighters at the park.
And later that day we went to the Tunes and Balloons event at Macon State College where we got to see many hot air balloons and even take a tethered ride in one.
Here is a link to some really nice pictures of the balloon glow from the Macon State website. If you look closely, you can even see us in a few of them!
While Grandma Becca was here we also went to the Cherry Blossom parade and had an early mini-birthday celebration for Henry.
Just a few days after Grandma Becca left, we were lucky to have Grandma and Grandpa Jennings arrive for a visit. We had more Cherry Blossom fun with them, as well as a visit to the Georgia Music Hall of Fame.
Grandpa took this cherry blossom photo. The other photos in this post were taken by a combination of grandparents and me.
Here are some more pictures from the week:
