Busy Weekend

The weather has been beautiful here for the past week. The boys and I had a lot of fun enjoying the weather this weekend. Matt was out of town at a conference, so we kept busy to avoid missing him too much!

On Friday, we went on a spur of the moment evening trip the the Georgia Children's Museum to play with Daniel. Every first Friday of the month, there are festivities in downtown Macon. As part of this, the children's museum had extended hours and free admission. The boys all had fun in the museum and Henry and Oliver liked that it was dark out when we left the museum to head home. Oliver was very excited to see the moon. I didn't bring my camera, so no pictures from Friday.

On Saturday we went to Ruthie's birthday party in the afternoon and the boys got to go to Tiffany's house in the evening as part 2 of the babysitting club adventure. Since Matt wasn't home, I used the time to go shopping for materials for their Halloween costumes--they are going to be robots.

Happy Birthday, Ruthie!

Henry met another Henry at the party.

And today, we went for a fun play date at Daniel's house. We were planning to have Henry and Daniel ride their bikes, but just before we got there, Daniel had to be rushed to urgent care because he fell and cut his head. An hour and TWO STAPLES later, he was home, though, and ready to play!
